For you convenience we have assembled Frequently Asked Questions (FAQS) page located here. We will direct all inquires received from the help desk to a FAQS answer if one exists for your support request. If one does not exist we will do our best to reply in a timely manner, however we do not guarantee any response times to clients without support contracts.

If you need support you may submit a trouble ticket through the help desk by logging into your control panel. The help desk link is under the help and support heading in the left pane.

support contract
Each and every client is important to us. In an effort to offer fair and affordable pricing for our services we offer support contracts. At first glance, this may not make sense. A support contract covers dedicated support tailored to each individual clients needs. If we offered dedicated support to each client we would need to adjust pricing to cover a larger support staff. By limiting our dedicated support to the clients that require it, we can offer fair and affordable pricing for clients not requiring dedicated support.
If you have a support contract you can send your support request to the dedicated email address you received. If you forgot your DS email address use our contact form to request it.
